Global Symposium on Soil Information and Data – 25-28 September 2024 – Nanjing, China

This event is organised by FAO and its Global Soil Partnership (GSP) with the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISSCAS). The symposium will serve as an international forum for global players – from policymakers to researchers, and practitioners – to engage in the crucial area of soil data and information.

Emphasising the significance of data-driven decision-making, GSID24 aims to catalyze the development and implementation of policies grounded in robust soil data, thereby enhancing the efficacy of global efforts towards sustainable development and climate resilience.
