2019: Symposium “Agriculture is the Solution! For climate change” – May 13-15, 2019, Otsu

This symposium was co-organized by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and the “4 per 1000” Initiative. It took place back to back to the 49th session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, from the 8th to 12th May 2019 in Kyoto, right next to Otsu. This jointly organized event was supported by FAO, the World Bank and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, among others.
