DESCRIPTION:150 personnes ont assisté à cette conférence qui était conçue comme une réunion multipartite. Le programme était très riche et comprenait les contributions de scientifiques de renom appartenant à des domaines variés. La conférence a réuni critiques et partisans du « 4 pour 1000 ». Des représentants d’ONG, d’organisations agricoles et même de grandes entreprises ont exposé leur vision du « 4 pour 1000 ». Une journée a été consacrée à la controverse et à des tables rondes sur divers aspects autour de 4p1000 (y compris la controverse). La conférence a été un grand succès et extrêmement utile pour la communauté.
